Please reach vTrack at 833-887-2251 if you cannot find an answer to your question.
This is a temporary page to answer vTrack related questions that came up during the training. This page will stay live during the transition stage.
Parent providers in our agency can sign and approve their own timesheet.
If you are not a parent provider then your timesheet will need to be approved by the legal guardian/parent provider.
No. Attendant Care does not need documentation but Habilitation does. Habilitation notes are sent to DDD and your support coordinator. You will not be able to complete Habilitation visits without adding notes.
This is very important. DDD rejects claims without GPS data so when you log in please select yes to GPS.
These are in home services so try to keep your clock in and out from the home. You can leave the home for community goals but then come back and clock out that way your location will still be home.
If you are out for swimming to do community goals then please clock in and out from the same location or else it generates an error.
If you are travelling out of sate or far then you will need s written approval from your support coordinator. For example, on vacation for a week etc.
July 20th, Sunday is the first day when you will start using this system.
Yes. To align with new DDD requirements the new week will start every Sunday instead of Friday. The will end Saturday 11:59pm.
No. You do not need to clock in this Friday and Saturday the 7-17 and 7-18. You will just login to the new system Sunday 20th and do a week's worth of hours from Sunday through Saturday 11:59pm. Example, if you do 40 hours a week. Then login Sunday and complete 40 hours before Saturday 11:59pm.
This applies only to this Friday and Saturday due to transition. It will balance out because you are gaining 2 days next week as our week no loner ends on Thursday. It ends Saturday 11:59pm.
Some Use Cases:
1. I work Saturday and Sunday 10 hours each day. What do I do?
You will login Sunday 7/20th and Saturday 7/26 for 10 hours each day and it equals to your weekly 20 hours.
2. I work Friday and Saturday 10 hours each day. What do I do?
You will login to the new system Friday 7/25 and Saturday 7/26 for 10 hours each day meeting the weekly total of 20 hours.
Hope this makes sense. If not give First Care a call or text at (928) 833-6475
