About First Care Family Services
Our Story
First Care Family Services was founded with a passion for providing high-quality home health care services to children with autism, seniors and adults with disabilities. We recognized the need for personalized, compassionate care that is tailored to the unique needs of each individual. We specialize in providing Habilitation, Attendant Care, and Respite services. We also certify parents to become caregiver for their children. Statistically, children responds well receiving therapies from familiar faces so we make parent provider onboarding process very simple and easy.

Our Mission
At First Care Family Services, our mission is to provide compassionate and reliable in home services to Arizona Department of Disability members. We strive to improve their quality of life and help them maintain independence in the comfort of their own homes. We provide Habilitation, Attendant Care, and Respite services.
Habilitation (HAB)
A service that provides methods and training to increase a member’s ability to become more independent and improve upon life skills.
Attendant Care (ATC)
A service that provides a member with assistance for personal care tasks, home tasks, or specialized supervision.
Respite (RSP)
A service that provides relief to parents, primary caregivers, and natural supports with short term care.
